For the rest, we face a minimalistic interface, where the lion's share is taken by the card, which is correct. In addition to the traditional buttons for scaling, there are only three keys: settings, favorites, search and determine location / follow.

We should also mention the “Islands”, which are divided by location into the Atlantic, Indian, Pacific Oceans, and the Caribbean Islands. Of course, you will not find “Treasure Island”, but most of the popular localities are accurate. As for the same Africa, the number of known localities is simply amazing.
However, let us return to our native lands, more precisely, to Siberia. Large settlements are positioned fairly accurately. This indicates significant places, street names and house numbers, as well as bus stops.
Separately, it should be said about the "secret" places. For example, in Novosibirsk a nudist beach was indicated and a number of spontaneous dumps that really exist, but in the same 2GIS you will not find them. In general, you can find interesting places.
As for the countryside, it is not always here, but there are also street names and house numbers, as well as little-known places. For example, Buddhist “gazebos” and even some paths are marked in Tyva.
The search is carried out as standard categories (food, hotels, transport), and not so much - toilet, attractions, post office and parking. By the way, you can find really valid Wi-Fi points. In general, for the traveler everything you need. Also in the search, you can share the location, put a label (favorites) and pave the route from point "A" to point "B". However, it is impossible to assign an arbitrary point, that is, we start “walking” from the actual GPS location.
As for tags, they can be imported to other maps via KML / KMZ file via Dropbox, email or a web link. Naturally, for this to begin, you will need to go to the "share location".
Now let's look at the system monitor and, lo and behold, nothing has changed, which is good news. Also, there were no bugs, crashes and freezes.

Of course, there is no such accuracy as in 2GIS, but such hidden corners are indicated, which can be found only on the “people's map” of Yandex, and even that is not all. However, let's not rush to wear “glamor glasses” and determine the leader in advance, as there are competitors ahead.
